Delivery Area

We deliver throughout the Greater Vancouver area.

Delivery Time

We deliver on Sundays between 9:00am and 5:00pm. You will receive a notification the day prior to delivery with an estimated delivery time. 

Delivery Method

Please let us know if you have any special instructions for delivery. If no instructions are given, we will follow our standard procedure: Once we arrive, we will try to contact you by knocking, buzzing, or whatever is appropriate at the given address. We will also try contacting you by phone. If no answer is received, we will leave your order on the doorstep, lobby, or with a receptionist/concierge and notify you by text that your order has been left. If there is no location deemed reasonably secure by the delivery driver, we will notify you of a failed delivery.
